Absolutely loved my stay! The breakfasts were delicious, and I really enjoyed unwinding in the cozy lounge after a long day exploring the city. A small note, it could use a fan for warmer nights, but that didn’t take away from the fantastic experience. 😊

Cozy room with super clean linen! Janette and Graham are such friendly hosts—they really know how to kuier! The brekkie was a highlight for sure. I loved trying haggis for the first time. it was flipping good!

The hallway could do with a little upgrade.

Had a great time with friends! The room was comfy, and the breakfast was spot on each morning. We also enjoyed the close proximity to attractions like The Kings Theatre and the nearby Fountain Park Megaplex for some fun. Highly recommend staying here!

housekeeping issues

poor value

absolutley disappointing. no housekeeping for our whole stay, no new towels, and the dinky toilet paper situation was just a travesty. i also woudl ve been thrilled for some sort of special treatment, but i guess that’s too much to ask for. the only thing warm at this place was the breakfast, which was mediocre.

My stay was delightful! Janette and Graham were incredibly welcoming, making sure I felt at home right from the first day. This was just a good match for a weekend vacation in Edinburgh, all in all brilliant value for money. The breakfast had multiple choices and was delicious both mornings we were there. Pack some snacks, as the nearby shops can be a bit limited after hours.
